Job Location
This position is remote but will require travel 25% of the time.
What You'll Own
- Develop and execute the people strategy and plan that enables rapid yet sustainable growth, with a focus on scale, performance, and profitability.
- Partner with the CEO to develop and implement the region expansion and realignment strategy to scale commercial and launch new products.
- Define clear accountabilities, goals, and metrics for senior leaders; drive a performance-driven culture and effective leadership development.
- Partner with regional and functional leaders to design the organization structure, roles, and processes.
- Standardize and professionalize core HR policies and processes (performance management, onboarding, employee relations) to support scalable operations.
- Manage compensation and benefits strategy, including regular benchmarking, vendor relationships (PEO/ADP/other), and cost efficiency.
- Lead talent acquisition at scale, including process design, candidate screening, interview calibration, and onboarding cadence.
- Ensure HR compliance across a distributed US workforce
- Develop and implement a system to manage employee relations and track cases.
- Partner with external providers (PEO/HRIS/benefits administrators) to optimize total rewards and HR operations, including payroll administration
- Design and implement a professional performance management process; establish governance, policies, and dashboards to track progress.
- Cultivate a high-performing leadership team; facilitate alignment on strategy, talent, and culture initiatives.
- Gather the voice of employees through relationships, communications, and ongoing surveys.

- Strategic HR leader with a systems-thinking mindset and experience scaling organizations through growth phases and potential IPO readiness.
- Tactical HR generalist who can roll up their sleeves and operate with lean team
- Deep expertise in HR operations, compensation benchmarking, benefits design, and PEO/vendor management.
- Proven ability to design scalable talent acquisition and performance management processes; strong interview calibration and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong governance capabilities with the ability to define role profiles, scorecards, and KPIs for senior leaders.
- Excellent change management, communication, and stakeholder management to align CEO, leadership team, and cross-functional partners.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with distributed teams and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Track record of building and sustaining a high-performance culture with values-based leadership and employee engagement.
