GTM Engineer (Automation and Growth Systems)

GTM Engineer (m/f/d) – Full Time, Remote

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help us build, automate and scale the outbound and growth systems behind our clients’ sales pipelines. You’ll work at the intersection of data, automation, AI and GTM strategy, using tools like Clay, N8N and Make and custom logic to build workflows that drive real results.

What you will do:

• Build and optimize GTM workflows and automations (Clay, Zapier, Make)
• Own data pipelines for enrichment, intent signals, segmentation and suppression
• Improve outbound email and LinkedIn campaign performance
• Ensure data quality, build logic, and analyze performance
• Create internal tools that scale personalization and reporting
• Work closely with founders, sales and marketing to drive measurable revenue

What you bring:

• Experience in GTM, Growth, Automation Engineering, Product, Ops or similar
• Strong technical skills (ideally some coding and understanding of SQL / data logic)
• Proven track record of building automations or systems that created business impact
• Builder mindset: curious, structured, fast problem-solver
• Excellent communication skills (English required, German a plus)
