Your Responsibilities

• First-line IT support via phone & ticket system
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Document interactions in CRM
• Support Telematik­infrastruktur components (TI-Konnektor, eGK readers…)
• Collaborate with Tech & Software Support teams
• Contribute ideas to product & company development

Who We’re Looking For?

Must-Haves:

• German C1+
• IT technical training or degree
• 2–4 years IT experience

Personality:

• Friendly, proactive, detail-oriented
• Excited about customer service & team impact

Compensation & Contract

• Salary: €30,000 – €50,000 gross/year + ~10% bonus
• Fixed-term 2 years (option to go permanent)
• Full-time (40 hrs/week), 80% part-time possible
