We’re looking for a UX Designer who lives and breathes user-centered design. You’ll collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, elegant, and conversion-driven digital experiences. From user flows and wireframes to final prototypes, you’ll help define how people interact with our clients’ products and brands.

- Design and iterate on user experiences for websites, web apps, and mobile products.
- Conduct or interpret user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
- Create sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models that reflect business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with UI designers, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Translate user insights into design decisions that enhance usability and delight.
- Present work clearly, justify design choices, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across projects.
- Stay updated on UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging tools.
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer (agency or SaaS experience preferred).
- Proficiency with Figma (Plus).
- Solid understanding of UX best practices, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Ability to balance user goals, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and UX for healthcare or SaaS (a plus).
- Portfolio showcasing UX process and final deliverables.
