Now in a position of growth, we are supporting their search for a Head of AI to define, shape, and lead the enterprise-wide AI strategy.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a 35 person and growing AI CoE and even better, the team is looking to grow by another 20-30 within the next year.

What you'll lead and deliver?

• Build, own, and execute the global AI strategy across multiple business units
• Work with C-Suite stakeholders to drive outcome-focused AI adoption
• Build AI-enabled products and high-value use cases to improve operations and product performance
• Drive enterprise wide education, ethical AI practices and change management

What will you bring to the role?

• Proven experience of designing and deploying an AI strategy at an enterprise level
• Proven experience of delivering production AI solutions (not just POCs)
• Have a balance between generative AI and traditional ML/AI skills
• Demonstrated success in leading a data science team to implement new models, tools and techniques which have improved business performance
