Must Have Skills:
Principal Level position
Playwright Testing
Rest Assured
Strong DB querying (advanced joins needed)
These folks will also need to be able to test on UI and API as well as Database testing
Need to have strong communications and strong confidence – as they will be the Sole SWET for their scrum team.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 8 + years experience with a Bachelor’s or 6 + years experience with a Master’s degree in Computer Science (or closely related field)
- Experience in designing and implementing robust QA strategies and test frameworks for API, Web with deep expertise in end-to-end validation
- Experience in test automation (Playwright/Cypress, Selenium, Rest Assured, JUnit, ,,Test NG, Maven, ETL Batch)
- Experience with DevOps/Pipelines (Jenkins Core, LWC, Monorepo, etc.)
- Experience with source control (GitHub, Stash (Bitbucket), Sourcetree)
- Cloud experience preferred - Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Top skills needed: Front end, Playwright, Xray, chaos, Splunk, Datadog, node.js, Java, Java Script, Jenkins core
- Minimum 6 years of experience with architecting automation test platforms
- Minimum 6 years of experience with architecting and implementing development pipelines (CI / CD)
- Good understanding of accessibility features and building and testing accessible experiences on Web
- Focus on the deployment automation and orchestration
- Assist with code branches, merges, builds pipelines, manage versioning etc.
- Use your knowledge of testing and testability to influence better software design, promote proper software engineering and bug prevention strategies, testability and security
- Actively participate in the development process through writing and maintain application features and automated tests including unit tests, component tests, integration tests, functional tests, performance tests, scenario tests and interoperability tests
- Collaborate with team members on improving team's test coverage, release velocity and production health
- Good understanding on write SQL queries and implementing the data seeding for automation.
- Good to have AWS experience
