About Reach Realm

Reach Realm is a full-service e-commerce agency working with 7–8 figure DTC brands. We run paid acquisition, retention marketing, creative, and CRO under one roof. You’ll design email and ads for brands with real traffic, budgets, and data—not speculative mockups.

What You’ll Do

• Turn brand assets, competitor ads, and performance data into moodboards and concepts.
• Build and maintain brand kits, components, and file structures in Figma.
• Design email modules, hero sections, banners, and ad variants for key platforms.
• Ship clean files with preflight checks so issues are caught before launch.
• Work with account managers and copywriters to align design with offers and objectives.
• Iterate based on feedback and performance signals.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years designing for email and paid media (agency or brand).
• Portfolio with email campaigns and ad suites (e-com a plus).
• Strong Figma skills and organized files.
• Understand basic email rendering, accessibility, and platform specs.
• Can concept from scratch, not just reskin templates.
• Fast, clear communicator who can work remote without hand-holding.

Bonus

• Motion or video skills.
• Experience with e-com brands doing $5M+ / year.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads.
