And every year, $4B of people’s money simply evaporates because the system is too complex to actually use.

At daylii, we’re not patching this. We’re building the AI engine that will rewrite a $150B system stuck in 1978.

We’re creating the first AI-native, real-time FSA/HSA platform — one that automatically monitors spending, pulls receipts, identifies eligible items, handles reimbursements, connects to EHRs, integrates with national retailers, and gives consumers the confidence and clarity they’ve never had.

And we’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer who wants to help build that kind of company — the kind where you look back in five years and say, “Holy sht… we actually changed how healthcare benefits work in the U.S.”

Role Description

As a Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) at daylii, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our platform across front-end and back-end systems. You will contribute to project planning, write clean and efficient code, and solve complex technical challenges. In addition, you will collaborate directly with the founding team to shape the product roadmap and implement scalable solutions. This is a remote role (preferably east coast US), offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from any location.

Qualifications

• You're proficient with modern full-stack JavaScript (Typescript, Node.js and React) and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• You have experience with technologies such as Next.js, NestJS, and TailwindCSS
• You're enthusiastic about well-tested code and strive to improve your work environment
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
