Senior Recruiter (Remote) - E-commerce/D2C

Our team is small, ambitious, and focused on building innovative products, meaningful customer experiences, and a strong brand identity.

As we continue to scale, we’re preparing to hire several key team members across creative, marketing, and operations. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who can help us find the right talent to support our growth.

Your Role

As the Recruiter, you will manage the full hiring cycle for roles across the company. You’ll work directly with the founder and team leads to understand hiring needs, create clear job profiles, source qualified candidates, and guide them through a smooth and structured interview process.

This role is ideal for someone who knows how to identify great talent, communicates confidently, and can run recruitment efficiently from start to finish.

The position is fully remote with flexibility across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across creative, marketing, product, customer support, and operations.
• Create job descriptions, pipelines, and interview structures in collaboration with the founder.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, communities, talent networks, and other proactive methods.
• Conduct initial screenings and assess both skill fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps with hiring managers.
• Maintain an organized and transparent hiring pipeline.
• Build and strengthen Vue Swiss’s employer brand across relevant channels.
• Track talent needs across the company and anticipate future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first touchpoint to final offer.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally within e-commerce, D2C, or digital-first companies.
• Strong understanding of creative, marketing, and operational roles.
• Proactive sourcing skills, especially on LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles at once with structure and organization.
• Comfortable giving feedback and assessing personality fit.
• A collaborative mindset and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Experience recruiting across multiple European markets is a plus.
