We’re looking for a strategic, user-focused, and collaborative Product Owner to help shape our product vision, manage backlogs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful product improvements. Whether you're early in your product career or bring several years of experience, we welcome motivated candidates who are passionate about building great products in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Define and refine product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to inform decisions.
- Support or lead (depending on seniority) product strategy, roadmap development, and stakeholder communication.
- Monitor product performance and continuously identify improvement opportunities.
Junior Level:
- 0–2 years of experience in product, project coordination, business analysis, or similar fields.
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies and product workflows.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical thinking skills.
Manager Level:
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex backlogs.
- Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making skills.
For all candidates:
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or Notion.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Based in Germany with legal right to work full-time.
