🎯 Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements.
- Provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English; based in Ireland with legal right to work full-time.
