The Role: Product Designer (UX/UI)
We’re hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to shape the interfaces, experiences, and design systems behind Nordra’s new ventures. You’ll work closely with founders, product strategists, and developers to transform early-stage concepts into intuitive, market-ready digital products.
This is a creative and fast-paced environment — ideal for designers who love to explore new ideas, simplify complexity, and see their work go live in real startups within weeks, not months.
What You’ll Do
- Design Products End-to-End: Create wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work directly with founders, engineers, and strategists in short, high-impact sprints.
- Prototype Rapidly: Use Figma or similar tools to build interactive prototypes for testing and iteration.
- Build Design Systems: Develop reusable UI components and visual standards for use across multiple ventures.
- Conduct User Feedback Sessions: Translate early user insights into clear, actionable design improvements.
- Champion Simplicity: Balance aesthetics, usability, and technical feasibility in every decision.
