We are partnering with a hyper-growth unicorn startup that’s scaling fast and redefining how AI solves real-world problems. With over $250M in funding, a valuation above $2B, and offices in NYC, SF, Boston, and Chicago, this is a rare opportunity to get in early at a company on a rocket-ship trajectory. They are looking for a Motion Designer to shape and elevate the company’s visual identity across brand, product, and marketing. This role offers the chance to own creative impact end-to-end, working directly with cross-functional teams in a high-energy, hands-on environment.

What you’ll do

• Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, animations, and brand assets across channels.
• Expand and systematize the brand and motion design framework for scalability.
• Partner closely with marketing, product, and sales to bring stories and campaigns to life.
• Lead creative discussions, set design direction, and ensure consistent brand identity.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-output environment.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience in brand and motion design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion and visual design expertise.
• Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Confident communicator and collaborator across functions.
• Hungry, scrappy, and energized by building at scale.
