Role Description

This is a full-time and remote role for an After Sales Service Specialist at Pump & Abrasion Technologies. Core responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and resolving post-sales issues in a timely and professional manner. The role involves troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems, coordinating spare parts or service requests, and ensuring client satisfaction through efficient and effective communication. The After Sales Service Specialist will also maintain customer records and provide feedback to improve service delivery and product performance.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in pump systems, equipment diagnostics, and maintenance
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in using customer service tools, CRM software, and maintaining client records
• Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks in a remote work setting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior experience in after-sales service, technical support, or a related role in industries such as mining, industrial or agricultural sectors is beneficial
• Technical qualification or relevant degree in Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields is a plus
• Willingness to work remotely and adapt to different time zones, as well as provide response on a 24/7/365 basis when required

Tools of trade supplied (vehicle, fuel card, phone, laptop). Salary negotiobale based on experience. Relocation offered for the right candidate.
