The Opportunity

What You’ll Do
- Source high-quality candidates for multiple skills using a mix of job boards, databases, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Screen candidates for relevant skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to our internal team for further evaluation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our system.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of strong professionals in key markets.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience sourcing and screening for technical, engineering, or aerospace positions.
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Access to sourcing platforms or databases is a plus.
