Our platform is already delivering solutions for enterprises and SMEs across the region, and we are seeking an experienced technical professional to own the client implementation process and ensure our partners succeed.
The Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for our clients. You will be responsible for the entire post-sales technical lifecycle, from initial solution design to full-scale deployment.
Your mission is to deeply understand a client's business objectives and architect a robust, bespoke solution using Kejue's powerful API-first architecture. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of software engineering, solutions architecture, and expert-level client management.
What You'll Do
- Own Client Implementation: Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding for new enterprise clients, from discovery and requirements gathering to successful go-live.
- Build Custom Solutions: Design and build custom voice AI applications, workflows, and automations on top of Kejue's API-first platform to meet unique client use cases.
- Engineer Integrations: Architect and implement deep integrations with client systems, including CRMs, marketing platforms, and custom databases, by leveraging Kejue's comprehensive webhooks and APIs.
- Design Intelligent Agents: Work directly with clients to configure and customize every aspect of their voice agents, including personality, tone, speaking style, and response patterns.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a client-facing technical role such as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You must be an excellent communicator, capable of building strong, trust-based relationships and conveying complex technical concepts to both executive and engineering audiences.
- A "People Person": You have a high degree of empathy and enjoy working directly with clients to solve their most pressing problems.
- Strong Technical Acumen: You have a software engineering background and are comfortable writing code (e.g., Python, Node.js, etc.) to solve real-world problems. You are an expert in consuming and building on top of APIs.
- Proficiency with AI Tools: You are comfortable and adept at using modern AI-assisted development tools, specifically Cursor and Lovable, to enhance your workflow and productivity.
- Autonomous Problem-Solver: You are a self-starter who can manage complex projects, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results with a high degree of autonomy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Voice AI, NLP, CCaaS, or telecommunications industry.
- Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, n8n).
- Deep familiarity with enterprise CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms.
