About the Role

Join an Australian-based fintech startup that’s building an advanced finance platform integrating AI, automation, and intelligent form workflows.

We’re looking for a driven React developer with full-stack capability to join early, contribute directly to architecture decisions, and grow with the company as we scale.

Responsibilities

·     Develop and refine core React components and UI flows.

·     Connect frontend components to APIs and MongoDB backend.

·     Optimise performance, data handling, and user experience.

·     Collaborate on the integration of AI features for intelligent form parsing and data insights.

·     Work closely with the founder and overseas devs to design scalable architecture.

·     Document code, manage Git branches, and maintain clean modular structures.

About you

·     2–5 years of professional React + Node development experience.

·     Proven experience with Formik, modular component architecture, or similar large-form handling.

·     Worked in a startup or small agile team where they had ownership of end-to-end delivery.

·     Solid grasp of React (functional components), Formik, and modular component design.

·     Experience with MongoDB, Node.js, and API development.

·     Passion for learning emerging tech, especially AI integrations.

·     A proactive mindset — you take ownership and solve problems.

·     Good English communication and documentation skills.
