Role Description
As a Co-Founder at PropAR, a first of it's kind platform, you will play a key role in shaping the vision and strategy of the company. Your responsibilities will include driving business development, leading strategic decision-making, and collaborating with other founders to scale the platform. You will focus on operational execution, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering partnerships across industries. This is a remote role with the opportunity to work from anywhere and build a groundbreaking product in real estate technology.
What you’ll bring
- Capital commitment to lead/anchor an early funding round.
- Good to have a Deep network in real estate development, brokerages, or proptech partnerships.
- Experience scaling consumer or B2B SaaS/mobile products to market (growth, partnerships, or sales).
- Strong commercial judgment: pricing, go‑to‑market strategy, and monetization design.
What you’ll do
- Provide early-stage funding and act as a strategic investor and operating co‑founder.
- Open pilot opportunities with developers, brokerages, or enterprise partners.
- Mentor the founding team and support key hires in growth, partnerships, and product.
- Represent PropAR to investors, partners, and strategic customers.
