Job Description
# We’re Hiring: DevOps Engineer – Remote, India
At GalaxiQ, we’re building intelligent digital ecosystems, where autonomous AI agents, data orchestration and cloud-native automation converge to reshape how humans and machines collaborate.
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who doesn’t just automate pipelines but architects the backbone of intelligent systems scalable, observable, and self-healing.
If you love building infrastructure that supports AI agents, LLMs and multi-agent reasoning frameworks, this is your moment.
About GalaxiQ
GalaxiQ is at the forefront of agentic AI, developing a unified platform that connects data, intelligence and action.
Our mission: make AI systems autonomous, auditable and accessible, powered by real-time reasoning, knowledge retrieval and adaptive decision-making.
We operate at the cutting edge of:
- Agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LiteLLM)
- LLM infrastructure (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenAI, Anthropic)
- AI observability & evaluation (Langfuse, HoneyHive)
- Cloud-native orchestration on AWS ECS, Lambda and Kubernetes
You’ll help us turn these frameworks into scalable, production-grade systems.
Your Role
You’ll build and maintain the cloud infrastructure that powers our intelligent agent pipelines, ensuring every model, flow and inference runs securely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and manage AWS infrastructure (ECS, EKS, Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker, S3).
- Build automated CI/CD pipelines for model training and multi-agent deployments.
- Deploy and manage containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Set up observability with Langfuse, HoneyHive, Prometheus and Grafana.
- Automate scaling, versioning and rollbacks for LLM micro-services.
- Collaborate with AI and backend teams to integrate agents, RAG and vector stores.
- Secure APIs, manage IAM and secrets and optimise cost and performance.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience as a DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure Engineer.
- Deep understanding of AWS Cloud, containerisation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python / Bash scripting for automation.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation).
- Comfort working with remote, distributed engineering teams.
Preferred (Agentic Edge)
- Experience deploying AI / ML pipelines (SageMaker, Bedrock, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Knowledge of agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or custom orchestration layers).
- Familiarity with RAG systems, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Bedrock Knowledge Base).
- Understanding of AI evaluation, prompt routing and inference scaling.
- Hands-on experience integrating observability and event tracing into AI systems.
- Curiosity about self-healing pipelines, AI-driven monitoring and autonomous DevOps.
Why Join GalaxiQ
- Work on real agentic frameworks and deploy AI systems that think and act.
- 100% remote work with high ownership and creative freedom.
- Collaborate with top-tier AI engineers, data scientists and product innovators.
- Build systems that push the frontier of AI infrastructure, autonomy and observability.
- Competitive salary as per industry standards + performance-based growth.
