The Opportunity: High Autonomy, High Impact

This is not a siloed role. As a Full-Stack Engineer at Acenda, you will have high autonomy and high impact, taking features from initial concept and technical design all the way through to deployment and monitoring.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on ownership and wants to build things that matter. You'll work across our entire modern stack, from the user interface to the database, constantly learning and pushing the limits of our platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build Integrations: Design, build, and maintain new applications and robust integrations for our growing app marketplace.
• Design & Ship: Build and maintain core features across our modern frontend (Next.js/React) and scalable backend (Go microservices).
• Champion Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. We are deeply committed to quality and automated testing.
• Collaborate & Solve: Work with a tight-knit team of motivated engineers to debate ideas, solve complex technical problems, and find the best solutions.
• Scale & Optimize: Help optimize our platform and scale our infrastructure to support our rapidly growing customer base.

• Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript
• Backend: Go, MySQL (Galera), Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, ClickHouse
• Data & Search: Debezium (CDC), Elasticsearch
• DevOps/Infra: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana

A Note on Experience:

• Preferred, but not required: Strong experience with Go and TypeScript.
• We strongly encourage you to apply even if your background is in languages like Java, C#, Python, or Rust.
• A strong portfolio, GitHub, or history of building interesting projects is a significant plus!
• A Computer Science degree is not required.
