What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Establish and manage the IT Integration Management Office (IMO) governance model and operating cadence
• Drive strategic planning, including updates to the M&A Playbook and readiness assessments
• Oversee the integration budget, track cost synergies, and administer relevant tools
• Facilitate stakeholder communications, conduct retrospectives, and manage scorecard reporting
• Manage the IT Integration Master Workplan and coordinate cross-workstream dependencies
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 10 years in IT program management or business systems analysis
• Proven experience with enterprise integration, governance, and strategic planning
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Asana, SmartSheets, Confluence, and Google Drive
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in leading IT integrations during mergers and acquisitions
• Familiarity with budget management and financial analysis in an IT context
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
