We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to translate data into insights, improve operations, and support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and driving business efficiency in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Gather and document business requirements for new tools, systems, and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to develop data-driven solutions.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Support project planning and implementation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Conduct market, customer, and performance analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Help optimize internal tools, systems, and processes for better efficiency.
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, data analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized and comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
- Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time.
