Senior Motion Video Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Video Designer  to conceptualize and produce a wide range of video content. You will be the visual storyteller responsible for bringing our ideas to life—from initial concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-performing motion graphics, animations, and video ads optimized for social media platforms.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist, design to translate briefs into visually engaging and conversion-focused assets.

• Adapt creatives while maintaining consistent quality, speed, and compliance.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in video design  or short-form video editing.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for digital delivery.

• Ability to work autonomously, deliver high-volume content, and communicate effectively in English within a fully remote, international team.

• Working days are Monday to Saturday.

• Fluent in English and Malay or Chinese.
