Senior React/React Native Developer

About Us:

We are a fast-growing SaaS product studio developing modular solutions in HRTech, FinTech, and OpsTech. Our stack: Laravel backend + React web + React Native mobile. We value high quality code, rapid iteration, and empowering developers.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain our front-end web app in React (desktop & mobile-responsive)
• Build and ship native mobile apps using React Native (iOS & Android)
• Integrate with our PHP/Laravel APIs
• Implement state management, performance optimisations, and clean UI components
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver excellent user experience
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and maintain coding standards
• Mentor junior engineers as we scale the team

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years hands-on experience with React / React Native
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with React state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, React Query)
• Proven track record building and shipping mobile apps iOS & Android with React Native
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication (JWT), and integration with backend systems
• Good understanding of mobile performance, UI/UX best practices, and platform differences
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Based in Pakistan (remote) or willing to work Pakistan time zones

Bonus / Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, App Center, GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with Laravel backend or PHP APIs
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Knowledge of native modules in iOS/Android
• Familiarity with GitHub, branching strategy, code review practices
