Senior Software Engineer | Fully Remote | Up to $185k + super

The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, the engineer will work across a tech stack including Python/Django, React, TypeScript, Terraform and AWS. They will own feature development end-to-end, collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Customer teams to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Deliver new features across contributing to code reviews and testing.
- Take ownership of technical projects, manage epics, maintain momentum, and clear blockers.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code with scalability and performance in mind.
- Participate in regular video discussions with peers to review ideas and provide feedback.
We're looking for:
- Strong Python and Django skills and understanding of OOP models.
- Solid experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with SQL/relational databases and public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Passion for building innovative solutions with end users in mind.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile or web development.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate technical ideas effectively.
It's a bonus if you have:
- Experience with Django, React Native, or other mobile frameworks.
- Knowledge of iOS/Android development fundamentals.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Testing experience with Python Unittest, Jest, or React Testing Library.
