Compensation & Perks

• The salary range of this role is EUR 66,000 - EUR 75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Entrepreneur, you’ll combine product thinking, experimentation, and AI fluency to turn ideas into working prototypes and business opportunities.

You’ll help shape the future of Tymit’s AI initiatives by identifying high-impact opportunities, validating them through structured learning loops, and guiding the best ones toward scalable, production-ready solutions.

You’ll collaborate closely with AI Engineering, and Data, ensuring that every experiment balances creativity, technical feasibility, and measurable value.

Software Engineers at Tymit work by squads in cross-functional teams, applying good practices and agile methodologies.

What You’ll Do

• Discover opportunities: Explore and validate AI product ideas across markets — from consumer tools to B2B applications — using structured learning loops.
• Run learning loops: Define hypotheses, prototype quickly, test with users or data, gather insights, and iterate fast.
• Collaborate with AI Engineering: Co-design experiments, MVPs, and proofs of concept that bridge vision with reality.
• Evaluate and refine: Create evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, safety, and business performance of AI solutions.
• Communicate learnings: Share insights, metrics, and decisions clearly to help scale successful initiatives.
• Stay curious: Explore emerging AI trends — and translate them into real business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience building or validating AI-based products or startups — ideally in early-stage or high-velocity environments.
• Strong product mindset with a hands-on understanding of AI systems (LLMs, agents, RAG pipelines).
• Ability to identify market gaps and emerging opportunities beyond the company’s core business.
• Comfort navigating uncertainty, testing fast, and iterating based on learning loops.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders around bold new ideas.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience as a founder, builder, or operator in early-stage environments.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation tools (LangFuse, LangSmith, or custom eval pipelines).
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or other innovation-driven sectors.
