Full Stack Software Engineer

We’re seeking Full Stack Software Engineers who are passionate about their craft and the industry. As a Queues Software Engineer, you’ll work directly on products that influence how people experience the world around them.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams across the company to design, develop, test, and support our core products—while also helping shape entirely new ones.
• Play a key role in improving and scaling our infrastructure as we grow and innovate.
• Work as a full-stack engineer, touching every layer of our systems and contributing across the entire product lifecycle.
• Contribute technical ideas and take full ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
• Report directly to the CTO and have a meaningful voice in technical and product direction.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in full-stack development, with hands-on experience designing and delivering high-performance, scalable, and secure applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Swift, and strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming principles.
• Advanced skills in frontend technologies including React.js, HTML/CSS, modern web frameworks, and mobile platforms (iOS/Swift and Android/Kotlin).
• Strong experience with backend technologies including Node.js, Flask, Gunicorn, Nginx, and cloud-based architectures.
• Expertise in databases including MongoDB, InfluxDB, SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL), and Redis.
• Proven experience with infrastructure and DevOps tools including Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), AWS services, and GitHub-based workflows.
• Skilled in applying software design patterns and system architecture principles to build resilient, maintainable systems.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams, contribute technical ideas, and take full ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence engineering, product, and leadership decisions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Current and permanent U.S. resident or U.S. citizen.
• Available for relocation.
