Job Description

The Technical Consultant will integrate and map customer data from client source system(s) to our industry-leading platform.  The role will include, but is not limited to:

• Communicate with clients and/or ISW Project Manager to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integration of data.
• Effectively communicate with ISW Project Managers and customers to keep a project on target.
• Continually drive improvements in the data migration process.
• Collaborate via phone and email with clients and/or ISW Project Manager throughout the conversion/integration process.
• Demonstrate collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Clear understanding of cloud and application integrations.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ensure client’s data is converted/integrated accurately and within deadlines established by ISW Project Manager.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience working in a professional services organization or other related field.
• Experience performing reconciliations of large/complex spreadsheets from multiple sources in Excel or Microsoft Access.
• BA/BS degree, preferably in accounting, finance, Computer Science, or equivalent data transformation experience.
• Excellent English written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Solutions-focused approach to creative problem-solving.
• Experience with the basics of Equity administration topics a plus.
