Responsibilities:

• You will deploy Windows client OS and MacOS
• You will install Windows servers and take care of related business applications
• You will resolve server hardware and OS issues with vendor support
• You will provide L2 support and handle ticketing tools
• You will participate in server maintenance (after hours) and upgrade server systems, as scheduled
• You will create and improve the relevant documentation

Required Skills:

• You MUST have an EU/UK passport
• You MUST speak perfect Italian and B1+ English
• You have 5+ years of experience working with Citrix Infrastructure components, e.g. Delivery Controller and Citrix Gateway
• You have experience working on large infrastructures
• You have previously worked with various teams in an IT department, collaborating to solve problems together
• You have PowerShell automation experience
• You have a good understanding of MS Group Policy creation and management

Desired Skills:

• You have relevant IT certifications
• You have Security knowledge
• You have VMWare infrastructure knowledge
• You have Citrix Infrastructure knowledge
