What You’ll Focus On
- Collaborate with customer executives and operators to define AI strategy and transformation roadmaps
- Identify high-value AI use cases that link ambition to measurable business outcomes
- Rapidly build, deploy, and iterate AI solutions in real-world environments
- Evolve and enhance core product features based on client engagement learnings
Who You Are
- 0-6+ years in AI-focused software engineering
- Background at well-known, high-growth startups (building 0 to 1)
- Experience in leadership or mentoring roles while remaining hands-on, is a plus
- Proven history of building and deploying production LLM-powered systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Top 20 University
- Understanding with LLM tooling (LangGraph, Mastra, Agents SDK); strong technical foundation in Python, TypeScript, cloud deployment, and DevOps tools
- Strong customer-facing experience; comfortable delivering customized coding solutions for clients
