Senior Full-Stack Tech Lead

We are looking for a Tech Lead to join an international Digital Factory driving digital transformation and innovation through technology.

This position is based in Casablanca, within a high-performing agile squad building digital products and MVPs with a tangible global impact.

Your Mission

As Tech Lead, you will take ownership of the technical design, architecture, and delivery of fullstack solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the technical direction of development projects from concept to deployment.
• Mentoring and supporting software engineers within the squad.
• Designing and reviewing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
• Collaborating with Product, PMO, and Design teams to ensure smooth delivery of MVPs.
• Contributing to the technical roadmap and promoting engineering excellence across the team.

Tech Environment

We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in:

• Backend: Python, Node.js, Nest.js
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Architecture: Microservices, REST / GraphQL APIs
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub
• Methodologies: Agile / SCRUM, clean code, testing culture

Profile

• 6+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a Tech Lead or Lead Developer role.
• Strong experience in Python and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
• Solid understanding of architecture, software design, and development best practices.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Open to relocation to Casablanca within 2–3 months.
