We are hiring an experienced Data Engineer to lead and manage end-to-end ETL pipelines, including Informatica Development (DEI, CDC), modern API development, and cloud-native data engineering.
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica (DEI, CDC).
- Build APIs for data ingestion, integration, and orchestration.
- Deploy, operate, and tune data pipelines on Azure or AWS with a focus on performance, cost, and reliability.
- Create reusable mappings, workflows, and parameterized jobs; implement CDC-driven incremental loads.
- Ensure strong monitoring, alerting, logging, and error handling across all data pipelines.
- Manage data quality validation, reconciliation checks, and metadata handling.
- Collaborate with platform, application, and analytics teams to deliver secure and scalable data services.
- Minimum 6 years of ETL experience with strong expertise in Informatica Development (DEI, CDC).
- Proven experience in API development (REST/GraphQL), including API security, gateway patterns, and integration with pipeline tools.
- Strong hands-on cloud expertise (Azure or AWS) covering storage, compute, networking, IAM, and CI/CD.
- Experience with performance tuning, partitioning, pushdown optimization, scheduling, and orchestration.
- Solid SQL skills and knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and DevOps practices.
