🌱 Founding Flutter Developer (1–3 Years)

Location: Fully Remote

Type: Founding Team | Full-time (Equity-Based)

Compensation: Equity / ESOPs — No fixed salary initially (3-month probation)

We’re looking for a Founding Flutter Developer who’s excited to build, experiment, and shape a product from the ground up.

As an early engineer, you’ll work directly with the founder to architect the app, build core features, set up engineering best practices, and influence the product’s long-term direction.

This is a rare opportunity to build from zero-to-one, ship fast, and own meaningful equity in something you helped create.

• Build core mobile features using Flutter, from prototypes to production-ready experiences.
• Architect clean, scalable code and contribute to early technical decisions.
• Collaborate closely with design to ensure pixel-perfect, smooth UI/UX.
• Integrate APIs, optimize performance, and maintain code quality.
• Contribute to app animations, micro-interactions, and modern motion design.
• Work with AI-powered developer tools and rapid prototyping workflows.

• 1–3 years of experience in Flutter development (internship or full-time).
• A strong portfolio / GitHub that shows real shipped apps or solid code quality.
• Clear understanding of UI/UX and mobile interaction patterns.
• Curiosity for new tools, AI workflows, and modern development practices.
• A builder mindset — proactive, fast learner, and excited to solve tough problems.
