What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead a team of security engineers executing high-impact security initiatives
• Design, architect, and implement solutions to enhance infrastructure and corporate security
• Manage Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and other IT security controls
• Oversee Vulnerability Management phases, including scanning, reporting, and remediation
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on corporate enterprise security controls
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in Information Technology (IT)
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in cybersecurity operations and incident response
• Experience in PBM, healthcare, or regulated market environments
• Certification in information security (CISSP, CISM, etc.)
• Experience interfacing with executive leadership
• Familiarity with leading teams in a fully remote environment
