Flutter Developer Intern

Stipend: ₹5,000 / month

Konect U is looking for a motivated and passionate Flutter Developer Intern to join our fully remote team!

This is a unique, paid opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on a live, large-scale ride-hailing application. You won't just be fixing minor bugs—you'll be learning from senior developers, contributing to new features, and seeing your work impact real users.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist & Contribute: Work closely with our senior developers to help build, maintain, and enhance our Flutter-based mobile app.
• Learn by Doing: Get real-world experience integrating with RESTful APIs, Firebase services (like FCM and Firestore), and Google Maps.
• Write Code: Contribute to our codebase by writing clean, readable, and maintainable code with guidance from the team.
• Troubleshoot: Help the team identify and fix bugs to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate: Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions to learn best practices in mobile development.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Flutter & Dart Fundamentals: A solid understanding of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language (gained from personal projects, coursework, or bootcamps).
• Project Experience: You have built at least one or two simple mobile applications with Flutter (even if they're just for a class or personal portfolio).
• Eagerness to Learn: You are excited about mobile development and hungry to learn new technologies and best practices.
• Problem-Solver: You have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team Player: You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
• Version Control: Basic familiarity with Git.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• A portfolio of personal projects on GitHub.
• Familiarity with state management concepts (like Provider).
• Any experience with Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, or FCM).
• Any experience with mapping or geolocation services.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.
