We collaborate with specialist partners in the areas of wealth management, relocation, legal and tax affairs, buyers agency and concierge services.

The company is now looking to hire a Marketing Manager to be part of an expanding marketing team, reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategy.
THE ROLE
·Define, build, and execute the demand for a plan to exceed company goals for Marketing Qualified Leads and opportunity conversions.
·Develop innovative email marketing and retargeting strategies to nurture inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
·Plan integrated marketing campaigns and oversee the development and design of multichannel content including social media, paid search, YouTube, and email,
to drive lead generation and sales pipeline growth.
·Strategise and drive the creation of compelling content across email campaigns, websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
·Work closely with the SEO and Customer Success team to understand FAQs from prospects and customers to create fresh, relevant, and value-adding content.
·Analyse, measure, and report the performance of marketing campaigns and assess goals (ROI and KPIs).
·Continuously explore and integrate emerging digital marketing tools and trends to keep the company's marketing strategies innovative and effective.
·Engage in effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to leverage collective expertise and insights.
·Demonstrate leadership in aligning marketing strategies with company objectives and ensuring team cohesion and productivity.
ABOUT YOU
·English communication skills (verbal and written).
·4 years + digital marketing experience.
·Experience in Lead Generation and Marketing Automation (ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive preferable).
·Demonstrable experience creating successful campaigns across paid search, email and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
·Experience in building and optimising landing pages and lead funnels.
·A keen eye and ability to work with a variety of tools and software.
·Experience with CRM and marketing automation software (Active Campaign preferred).
·Immediate availability – ideal.
