About the RoleAs a Product Manager at QuieTrack, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to shape the future of our platform. You’ll own the roadmap, refine requirements, and work side-by-side with our development team to deliver high-impact features. Your work will directly influence the customer experience and the efficiency of key workflows used across the insurance and financial ecosystem.
What You’ll DoProduct Strategy & Roadmapping- Build and maintain a clear, actionable product roadmap aligned with company priorities.
- Translate customer pain points, business needs, and market insights into opportunities and solutions.
- Define product goals, KPIs, and success criteria that tie directly to value delivered.
- Work with stakeholders to capture business needs and convert them into detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create process flows, user journeys, and supporting documentation that help teams move quickly and confidently.
- Ensure requirements are thorough, understandable, and ready for development.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies with your engineering partners.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on value, effort, and customer impact.
- Partner closely with QA and engineering to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Act as the central point of coordination across product, engineering, operations, and leadership.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and trade-offs in a clear, transparent way.
- Foster alignment and collaboration across distributed teams.
- Support launches by coordinating with stakeholders across the company.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to guide enhancements and future development.
- Ensure releases support QuieTrack’s standards for reliability, compliance, and customer experience.
- Apply knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry to product decisions and customer workflows.
- Participate in technical discussions involving APIs, data integrations, architecture, and platform capabilities.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager.
- Strong experience building product roadmaps, writing business requirements and user stories, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex, data-driven products.
- Preferred: 3–5 years in insurance or financial services.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems, APIs, and system integrations.
- Understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements in insurance or financial services.
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, especially for data analysis or validation.
