Senior Director of Product => CEO - (B2C, mobile) | Ecommerce, GROWTH | BERLIN scale up in UNITED KINGDOM

We have been appointed to seek a proactive and collaborative Senior Director of Product to join our clients’ dynamic teams and propel their content-driven E-commerce platform to new heights. As the ideal candidate, you'll spearhead product development, design, and engineering initiatives for digital products while overseeing a talented senior team of 15+ individuals. This role reports to the CEO and will require relocation to Germany or regular frequent travelling.

The role:

• Craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision, with a particular focus on fostering community engagement, compelling storytelling, and enhancing direct channels.
• Mentor and guide multiple cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, design, and data engineering.
• Foster close collaboration with brand partnerships, client services, marketing, business operations, and B2B functions.
• Define and monitor quarterly objectives and manage the product roadmap accordingly.
• Expand offerings and scale as a digital studio for brand partners.

Key Focus Areas:

• Enhance the brand's reputation through a premium and innovative user experience.
• Broaden offerings with digital services and provide guidance to the media team on display opportunities.
• Drive growth of the mobile app as the primary channel.
• Develop community-building initiatives and centralize member data.
• Expand the E-commerce business.
• Ensure seamless platform operations, optimize ad performance, and ensure compliance.
• Identify and implement efficiencies across the organization through technology and AI.
• Streamline back-office processes such as ERP, commerce fulfilment.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in building and growing B2C mobile apps.
• Possesses over 10 years of experience in Product & Technology.
• Holds at least 2 years of leadership experience in an E-commerce or content-focused consumer environment.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and overseeing large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and influencing at all organisational levels.
• A solid understanding of fashion and a passion for cultural trends.
