Your Opportunity: Be the Visual Storyteller for Our Mission
We are looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to bring the heart of our brands to life across digital and print mediums. This is a chance to create visuals that offer hope, build trust, and communicate our mission to families and partners around the world.
You will be the creative engine behind our social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, translating our message of empathy and professionalism into powerful visual stories. This role is perfect for a designer who is passionate about purpose-driven work and understands how to connect with a sensitive, human-centered audience.
What You Will Do:
1. Create Compelling Visual Content
- Design for Digital: Design and deliver engaging, high-impact content for all our digital platforms, including social media (static graphics, Reels/TikToks, stories), websites (hero images, infographics), email marketing, e-booklets/brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
- Produce Marketing Collateral: Create visuals for blog articles, landing pages, and digital campaigns, as well as print materials like flyers, brochures, and event banners.
- Develop Brand Assets: Build and maintain a library of easy-to-use templates (in Canva or Adobe) to ensure brand consistency across all teams and brands.
2. Support Marketing & Communications
- Collaborate on Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to align all visuals with key messaging, brand tone, and campaign goals.
- Enhance Communications: Design headers, graphics, and layouts for newsletters, email campaigns, and partner clinic materials.
- Adapt for Global Audiences: Adapt and version campaign visuals for different languages (e.g., Spanish, French) as needed.
3. Champion Our Brand Identity
- Be a Brand Steward: Ensure all materials strictly adhere to our brand identity, maintaining visual consistency in color, typography, and iconography.
- Evolve Our Look & Feel: Contribute fresh ideas for campaign visuals, storytelling, and community engagement that resonate with our target audience.
Key Performance Indicators (What Success Looks Like):
- High-Quality Output: All design work is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard of creative excellence.
- Brand Consistency: A cohesive and instantly recognizable visual identity is maintained across all brands and channels.
- Increased Engagement: Your visuals help drive measurable increases in social media engagement, click-through rates, and lead generation.
- Efficient Workflow: You effectively manage a pipeline of creative requests from multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Who You Are:
- An Experienced Designer: You have 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or creative content production, with a strong portfolio to prove it.
- A Technical Expert: You are highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- A Social Media Native: You have proven experience designing engaging content for all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- A Visual Storyteller: You have a strong grasp of visual composition, color theory, typography, and how to create a narrative through design.
- Detail-Oriented & Empathetic: You have an excellent eye for detail and a deep respect for handling sensitive, human-centered topics with care.
- Flexible & Collaborative: You can manage multiple brand aesthetics at once and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Bonus Skills:
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
- Proficiency with collaborative tools like Canva or Figma.
- Familiarity with email platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Professional level of English listening and writing.
- Experience in fertility or general healthcare is a major asset.
