Project Overview
The World Affairs Council of Atlanta is seeking a freelance designer to create a visually compelling and brand-aligned sponsorship deck. This presentation will be used to engage potential corporate and philanthropic sponsors as part of The Strategic Funding Campaign, commemorating the Council’s 15 years of global engagement and impact.
Responsibilities
- Design a professional, polished sponsorship deck (8–15 slides) using Canva or PowerPoint
- Apply consistent branding, fonts, transitions, and layout styling
- Incorporate provided text, logos, photos, and graphics
- Ensure the deck is visually engaging and easy to navigate
- Deliver final editable files and accommodate up to two rounds of revisions
What We Will Provide
- Written content and messaging
- Access to Canva folders with brand assets, photos, and logos
- Brand guidelines and sample decks for reference
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio of presentation or pitch deck design (nonprofit or corporate preferred)
- Proficient in Canva and/or PowerPoint
- Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Responsive, deadline-driven, and collaborative
Timeline
- Project kickoff: within 1 week of hire
- First draft: within 7–10 days
- Final delivery: within 2–3 weeks, including revisions
Compensation:
$30–$50/hour or flat rate of $300–$750 per project, depending on experience and scope
