Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for an Automation Specialist. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing workflow automation solutions, developing test cases for automated systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality execution through quality assurance methods. Regular collaboration with internal teams and end users to optimize operational efficiency and improve process reliability is required.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, with the ability to design and deploy tailored workflows
- Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges efficiently
- Knowledge in creating and executing Test Cases to verify the performance of automated systems
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance to ensure high-quality and reliable automation outcomes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Experience working with platforms such as Microsoft 365, Notion, Odoo, ClickUp, or similar tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
