About the Role:

Location: Warren, MI (Onsite | Long-Term Contract)

This is a hybrid, on-site position (minimum 3 days/week in Warren, MI).

This role is focused on performance metrics, dashboard development, and analytics that drive digital retail operations and dealer network insights.

You will play a critical role in analyzing site activity, lead-to-sale conversion trends, and overall funnel performance to help shape digital strategy and business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and performance reports for DRP and brand-level stakeholders.
• Analyze clickstream, funnel, and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct ad hoc reporting and insights on key metrics such as VDP, VSR, CTA engagement, and dealer-level performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate data into actionable insights.
• Automate and streamline recurring reporting processes using SQL and Python.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What You Bring

• 8–10 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Digital Analytics professional.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Advanced Power BI skills (dashboard design, DAX, data modeling).
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and clickstream/web performance data.
• Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms (preferred).
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills — able to make complex insights clear and impactful.
• Analytical curiosity and creativity in solving business problems.
