Your Background / Experience
- 6+ years of experience designing and delivering high-end websites for premium brands or agencies.
- A proven ability to lead digital design — from ideation to polished execution — with clarity and ownership.
- Mastery of Figma, and fluency in the broader ecosystem of design tools.
- Deep understanding of UX principles and how to blend functionality with visual storytelling.
- Experience collaborating within small, elite creative teams.
- A portfolio that demonstrates originality, precision, and sophistication.
- A passion for growth — constantly refining your craft and raising the creative bar.
