Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Grade: Assistant

Contract type: Perm

We are looking for Graduates to join our highly motivated and skilled team of IT professionals where you will have the opportunity to deliver results in a fast-paced, innovative team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to be able to grow your experience, as well as develop the necessary skills to help you on your way to career success. We don't expect you to know everything yet. We aim to provide an environment where you can develop your skills, learn lots and work with wonderful people on interesting projects

A Snapshot Of Your Peer Group

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • Good understanding of the whole software life cycle.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adopt new technologies quickly and possessing a strong desire to learn and continuously improve your craft.
  • Experience in CI/CD processes and technologies
  • Familiarity with programming for the Cloud
  • Programming language experience (Preferably Python and/or PHP)
  • Understanding of build, test, and release automation
  • Using source control and versioning tools
  • Experience with SQL Server exposure (views, queries, functions, stored procedures, indices etc)
  • Familiarity with software design and architectural patterns


Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

  • Developing new functionality on existing products
  • Maintaining existing applications.
  • Providing technical support to the various internal departments on all team software
  • Developing using unit tests and engaging in the writing of other types of automated tests
  • Work with other IT teams to ensure system security and compliance
  • Participate in system upgrades and rollouts
  • Provide end-user support and training as needed


Your Team

The Applications Development team is responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of internal and external applications and web portals.
