The industry is so inefficient that advisory firms can charge millions of dollars for teams of junior employees, whose work is 90% manual and repetitive. It is clear that AI will automate large parts of this work and provide a massive uplift in productivity.

Our platform uses the latest advances in AI to solve the time-consuming and complex workflows unique to the financial advisory industry. Since launching our platform in December 2023, we have grown our revenue very fast, are supported by top-tier investors, and are scaling our team quickly.

As part of our core technical team, you will be working on the absolute frontier of AI, building an LLM-based product with very strong customer traction.

Role

As an AI Engineer at Grasp, you will develop and ship cutting-edge AI solutions and iterate them based on feedback from our users. We are currently hiring for varying levels of seniority and are looking for exceptional individuals excited about building the AI-based professional services systems of the future.

The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. We use an in-person work model and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Product Iteration: Build novel AI-native workflows end-to-end, including training use-case specific AI models, creating agentic workflows and developing inference and data retrieval pipelines.
• Stability: Deeply understand customer needs and identify product improvements, evaluating and improving our systems over time.
• Large Scale Data Processing: Work with a variety of large, unstructured data sources to develop our product.
• Prototyping: Identify new opportunities for AI solutions based on customer needs, and set the direction and roadmap required to implement them.
• Evaluation: Design and implement analytics-driven evaluation systems that enable product growth.

Skills and requirements

For this role you should:

• Have a strong track-record of building AI/ML-based systems or products.
• Have experience in building with LLMs - both using existing models and training/fine-tuning new models.
• Have experience in building information retrieval or RAG pipelines.
