Job Description
A leading international company is seeking a Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Optimization project in Lisbon. This is a senior role focused on delivering high-value optimization solutions to our clients.
Location: On-site – Lisbon
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Experience: Minimum 12 months in ad optimization, preferably with Google Ads
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary (according to language and experience)

Responsibilities:
- Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value customers
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, mainly using Google Ads
- Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
- Apply optimization techniques across Google products including Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and YouTube
- Analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights and report on key performance indicators
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (C1+)
- Strong experience in Google Ads and ad optimization
- Good Excel skills and understanding of KPIs
- Analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
