Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic HRIS Analyst specifically with expertise in Paycom programming and development. This temporary role will be responsible for maximizing the HR departments and company’s use of Paycom, ensuring the system’s full capabilities are leveraged for data management, reporting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will work independently, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that drive efficiency and data integrity.
This is a fully remote contract position. Work from anywhere!
Pay starts at $31.00/hour and depends on level of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Paycom HRIS modules to support organizational data management and reporting needs.
- Explore new Paycom modules (eg: ATS or Performance) and recommendations for or actual implementation.
- Program and configure Paycom to optimize workflows, automate processes, and enhance user experience for HR and company-wide stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all organizational data within Paycom.
- Create and manage standard and ad hoc queries, dashboards, and reports
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, technical support, and training to HR staff and end-users.
- Prepare end-user documentation and training materials as needed.
- Stay current with Paycom updates and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of direct experience with HRIS systems, with a strong preference for Paycom expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience supporting HR teams in a mid- to large-sized organization (1,000–3,000 employees) preferred.
