Position Summary:

Our Delphix VP of Product is searching for a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for our growth offerings including AI, Synthetic Data, and SaaS that will help define the next generation of Delphix and Perforce innovation.

This role will be at the center of how enterprises prepare, protect, and power data for AI workloads using Delphix’s data masking, virtualization, and synthetic technologies to enable secure, high-velocity data for development, testing, and model training.

The ideal candidate combines deep product strategy instincts with technical fluency in DevOps, data privacy, AI/ML workflows, and SaaS delivery models. You’ll lead efforts that transform Delphix into an AI-native, cloud-delivered data platform, partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and field teams to deliver differentiated value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and evangelize the long-term product vision for Delphix AI and Synthetic Data capabilities aligned with Perforce’s strategic objectives
• Build and execute compelling roadmap balancing innovation with enterprise readiness
• Identify opportunities where AI and synthetic data intersect with data compliance, privacy, and governance mandates (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
• Conduct market and competitive analysis across vendors to inform positioning and differentiation
• Collaborate with internal AI and SaaS working groups to align roadmap priorities with Perforce Cloud, AI Agents, and other shared platform services
  
  
  
  

Product Execution & Lifecycle

• Translate complex use cases like generating safe, realistic, privacy-preserving test and training data into actionable product requirements and prioritized releases
• Partner with engineering to deliver scalable, performant SaaS experiences for Delphix products, including self-service onboarding, telemetry, and in-product AI assistance
• Define success metrics and ensure measurable impact across adoption, activation, and data compliance outcomes
• Incorporate AI into core product workflows (e.g., natural-language search, auto-masking rules, data synthesis recommendations) to deliver differentiated user value
• Guide cross-functional teams through discovery, design reviews, and agile execution balancing innovation speed with enterprise-grade quality and reliability
  
  
  
  

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead customer discovery with AI engineering, DevOps, data privacy, and compliance stakeholders to validate use cases and refine product-market fit
• Partner with Sales, SEs, and Customer Success to enable positioning, demos, pricing, and field readiness for AI and SaaS offerings
• Represent Delphix and Perforce in analyst briefings, conferences, and customer advisory boards as a subject matter expert on AI and data innovation
• Collect and analyze customer telemetry and usage data to drive continuous product optimization
  
  
  
  

Go-to-Market & Launch

• Define launch strategy and messaging in partnership with Product Marketing to highlight business outcomes (e.g., safe AI data, faster release cycles, compliance at scale)
• Lead beta programs and early adopter engagements with top customers across financial services, insurance, and healthcare verticals
• Contribute thought leadership content including blogs, webinars, presentations that demonstrate Delphix leadership in AI data management
• Collaborate with pricing and operations teams to evolve pricing models
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant management experience in enterprise software, with at least 3 years focused on DevOps, data, AI/ML, and/or SaaS platforms
• Proven success defining and delivering multi-release roadmaps that span infrastructure, data management, and AI-native product capabilities
• Strong technical understanding of data automation, masking, synthetic data generation, LLM training pipelines, and SaaS delivery architectures
• Experience shipping products that integrate via APIs, SDKs, and automation toolchains (Terraform, Jenkins, ServiceNow, or MLOps frameworks)
• Ability to translate abstract market opportunities into clear, executable product strategies backed by data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across executives, analysts, and technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to lead without authority across globally distributed teams in a matrixed environment
• Strong discovery skills including ability to write clear problem statements, Product Briefs, and go-to-market plans
• Confident presenting to executives, analysts, partners, and customers
• Leverages AI to accelerate product management activities as well introduce AI-powered in-product experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MS or MBA preferred
• Willingness to travel globally up to 25%
  
  
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Prior leadership in Enterprise DevOps, data management, AI infrastructure, or privacy/security product lines
• Familiarity with MLOps, data governance frameworks, and compliance automation
• Success building SaaS products including transitioning from self-deployed software models
• Exposure to ecosystem tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Hugging Face, and synthetic data vendors
• Knowledge of regulated industries (Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare) and their data security requirements
• Multiple language skills including Spanish, Italian, and/or Portuguese
