  • Citi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our growing Human Resources and Finance team. You’ll be responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely processing of payroll for Citi employees across the United States.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of biweekly and monthly payroll for U.S. employees.
  • Verify employee data, timesheets, and compensation records to ensure accuracy.
  • Support payroll reconciliation and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and pay statements.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee records.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and legally authorized to work in the United States.
