Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and AI solutions to address client-specific challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and present findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• Implement and manage ML Ops practices to ensure the reliability and scalability of machine learning solutions.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance our client's service offerings.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Lead Data Science Consultant, with a strong portfolio of projects showcasing your expertise.
• Consulting experience is a must.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas).
• Experience with ML Ops practices and tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
